Webflow Conf 2026 Β· Boston Β· 1–3 September

put your website on the couch

At Webflow Conf in Boston, I'm running a live 'website therapy' session, on stage, for one website.

This session is a playful take on our discovery call: surfacing the bottlenecks slowing your team down, and the 'prescription' we'd give.

The diagnoses

Filling in the form above is the first part of our discovery process, the same questions we'd ask on a real project. It's how we find your actual bottlenecks and shape what we'd fix first.

If you're shortlisted, we'll get on a call to go deeper. Most consultations like this run 45 minutes to an hour. Together we'll agree what's worth sharing on stage and what stays between us, since we've only got fifteen minutes up there.

Either way, you'll leave that call with a real diagnosis of why your website isn't working as hard for growth as it should, whether or not you make it to Boston.

Who's running the session

I'm Alessia, co-founder of Code & Wander. I've spent 12+ years building websites and design systems for scaling B2B SaaS, fintech, and healthtech teams, the kind of companies where the website should be a growth channel, not a brochure.

Every project starts the same way: a discovery to analyse what is actually broken. The real issue is usually speed, visibility, conversion, sales, or all of the above, and it's usually hiding one level deeper than where everyone's looking.

This session is a playful take on that, set up as a live therapy session, in front of an audience, with a bit of humour.

This will be my 4th year talking at Webflow Conf, previously covering topics such as "The strategic advantage of a design system", "Tips for landing and expanding your client roster" and "Empowering in-house marketing teams with Webflow".

Who can apply?

We are looking for a marketing lead, head of growth, or head of sales, willing to explore their bottlenecks on the couch. You don't need to be on Webflow already, in fact it's more useful if you're not. You do need to be honest about what's not working, and up for a bit of humour about it.

Apply if you are:

  • Part of a company with multiple teams (marketing, content, sales etc)
  • Attending Webflow Conf Boston (required for the stage slot)
  • Ready to improve your workflows

FAQs

How does the process work, from applying to the stage?

You answer the questions above, honestly and specifically. If you're a strong fit, we'll schedule a consultation call before the conference to walk through your answers and agree what we'll cover. One company takes the stage slot.

What actually happens on stage?

We diagnose what we discussed on the consultation call, live (not pre-recorded), in front of the room. We agree the shape of the conversation beforehand on our prep call.

What if I'm not picked?

You still get a short session with me, off stage, based on your answers. Applying is worth your time either way.

What if something we share doesn't reflect well on us?

We're diagnosing the system, not criticising your team, and we'll agree what's shared on stage with you beforehand.

Do I need to already be a Webflow customer?

No. Fresh eyes are genuinely more interesting for this format than a Webflow success story.

Is my information kept confidential?

Only what we agree together goes on stage. Everything else in your application stays between us.

Can I apply if I won't be in Boston?

Yes. We can only pick someone who'll be in Boston for the stage slot, but you're welcome to apply anyway if you'd like to have a consultaion over a call. Just know you won't be picked for the stage.
