  • Paid acquisition
  • Conversion optimisation

We’ve also developed proprietary platforms that allow us to move faster and more strategically than traditional agencies — particularly in how brands show up across AI-powered search.

The role

We’re looking for a senior digital marketing generalist to own and grow a key client account.

This is not a narrow specialist role.
You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into execution across SEO, content, and paid — while working closely with the founders on direction and opportunities.
You should be comfortable operating across the full funnel, from visibility through to conversion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning day-to-day delivery for a key client
  • Translating strategy into clear, actionable plans
  • Managing and optimising SEO performance (technical + on-page)
  • Leading content planning and optimisation (blogs, thought leadership)
  • Running and improving Google Ads and Linkedin campaigns
  • Identifying growth opportunities across search and AI platforms
  • Using our internal tools to guide decisions and improve output
  • Managing client communication and reporting

What we’re looking for

You’re likely a strong fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency or similar)
  • Are comfortable across SEO, content, and paid (not necessarily elite in all, but strong across the board)
  • Have worked with B2B or professional services clients
  • Can think strategically, not just execute tasks
  • Are confident running client calls and owning relationships
  • Are curious about how AI is changing search and discovery

We’re not looking for someone to “do tasks”.
We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Take ownership of outcomes
  • Prioritise effectively across multiple channels
  • Use data and insight to guide decisions
  • Continuously improve performance

As part of this role, you’ll be working with our internal platforms, including:

  • A content engine that identifies and optimises high-value content opportunities
  • An AI visibility platform that tracks performance across systems like ChatGPT, Anthropic and Google Gemini
  • A lead intelligence layer that surfaces emerging demand signals

These systems are designed to support faster, more effective decision-making — not replace strategic thinking.
