Upcoming Webinar — Building for Scale with Pion & Webflow
FAQs
Common Questions
General
How soon can you start a new project?
Our availability depends on current workload, but we typically start new projects within 2–4 weeks. For urgent timelines, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — we collaborate with clients around the world, working across time zones with clear communication and efficient project management.
Who will I be working with during the project?
You’ll work directly with our core team — a small group of designers and developers who lead every project from start to finish. You’ll also have a dedicated project lead ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Do you only work in Webflow?
Webflow is our core platform for delivering fast, scalable, and maintainable websites. However, we also integrate with headless CMSs, APIs, and other tools to ensure flexibility and long-term performance.
What types of projects do you take on?
We work on end-to-end digital projects — from website design and Webflow development to design systems and ongoing optimisation. Most of our work involves full website builds, redesigns, and enterprise migrations.
Process
Do you work with existing designs, or do you design from scratch?
Both. We can work from your existing Figma files or create new designs from the ground up, depending on your needs and goals.
Can you migrate my existing website to Webflow?
Absolutely. We handle full migrations, ensuring your content, SEO, and performance remain intact while improving usability and scalability.
Will I be able to edit my site after launch?
Yes — Webflow’s visual CMS makes it easy for you to update copy, images, and content without touching code. We also offer training sessions if your team is new to Webflow.
How do you handle communication and feedback?
We use ClickUp and Slack for updates and comments, along with regular video calls to review progress and gather feedback. Transparency is key — you’ll always know where things stand.
What does your project process look like?
We follow a clear 4-phase process: Discovery, Design, Build, and Launch. Each phase has defined deliverables, regular check-ins, and milestone reviews to keep everything aligned.
Pricing & Timelines
How are payments structured?
We split projects into milestones — typically 50% upfront, 25% at mid-point, and 25% on completion. Payment structure can be adjusted based on project size or retainer type.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
A short brief or outline of goals, functionality, pages, and any references is enough to start. We’ll then arrange a call to refine scope and provide a tailored estimate.
Do you offer fixed-price or hourly projects?
Most projects are fixed-price with clearly defined deliverables. We also offer hourly retainers for ongoing support or iterative improvements.
How long does a project usually take?
Smaller sites take around 4–6 weeks. Larger or more complex builds typically take 8–12 weeks. We’ll define a clear timeline during the proposal phase.
How much does a typical Webflow project cost?
Budgets vary based on scope and complexity. Most projects fall between £10k–£50k, while larger enterprise builds range from £50k–£100k+. We’ll provide a detailed proposal once we understand your requirements.
Technical & SEO
Can Webflow handle multilingual or large-scale sites?
Yes — we’ve built multilingual and high-traffic sites on Webflow using tools like Weglot or custom CMS logic for scalability.
How secure is Webflow for enterprise clients?
Very. Webflow is SOC 2 Type II compliant and offers enterprise-grade security, SSL by default, and globally distributed hosting.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
Webflow hosting is included in your plan, so there’s no manual setup required. We can manage updates, performance checks, and content support if needed.
Can you integrate third-party tools like HubSpot or Google Analytics?
Yes. We regularly integrate CRM, marketing, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Segment, and custom APIs.
Will our SEO be affected if we move to Webflow?
No — we follow SEO best practices during migration, ensuring redirects, meta data, and performance are preserved or improved. Many clients see SEO gains post-launch.
Post-Launch & Support
How do you measure project success?
We track outcomes based on your goals — from engagement metrics and SEO visibility to conversion rates and overall performance improvements.
Can you help with performance optimization?
Yes — we regularly audit and optimise load times, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility to improve search rankings and user experience.
What happens if we want to make future changes?
You can update most content directly in Webflow. For design or structural changes, we can assist on an ad-hoc or retainer basis.
Can you train our team on how to use Webflow?
Of course. We provide tailored walkthroughs and screen recordings so your team can confidently manage and update the site.
Do you offer support or retainers after launch?
Yes. Many clients stay with us for ongoing improvements, updates, and A/B testing. Retainers ensure you always have access to our team.
