The role

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer with strong technical foundations to build scalable, high-quality websites.

This is not a drag-and-drop role. You’ll be responsible for structuring builds properly, creating reusable systems, and pushing Webflow beyond its defaults using custom code where needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Building responsive, high-performance websites in Webflow
• Structuring projects with scalable component systems
• Translating design into clean, semantic HTML structure
• Creating reusable components, variants, and patterns
• Extending Webflow functionality with JavaScript where required
• Working closely with designers and project managers to deliver efficiently
• Ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability across builds
• Troubleshooting issues and refining existing projects

What we’re looking for

You’re likely a strong fit if you:

• Have 3+ years experience working with Webflow
• Have a solid understanding of semantic HTML and accessibility best practices
• Are confident building and structuring component-based systems
• Have a working knowledge of JavaScript and how it integrates with Webflow
• Understand how to balance flexibility for marketing teams with technical structure
• Have experience working in fast-paced agency environments
• Can manage your own work and communicate clearly with the team

Nice to have

• Development background (front-end or full-stack)
• Experience with performance optimisation and technical SEO
• Familiarity with tools like GSAP, Swiper, or similar libraries
• Experience working with design systems or internal frameworks
