We helped ieso refactor, optimise, and evolve their Webflow platform—improving SEO, performance, and scalability while laying the groundwork for an upcoming rebrand under their new parent company, Mindler.

The Challenge
ieso’s site, inherited from a previous agency, suffered from technical debt and inefficient workflows. Content management was slow, SEO performance lagged, and their marketing team couldn’t easily evolve the site without developer support. We were tasked with rebuilding the foundation to:
- Refactor and modernise the existing Webflow setup for scalability
- Improve SEO structure, accessibility, and performance
- Reduce reliance on developers for day-to-day content management
- Prepare the site for a brand refresh and multi-domain structure post-acquisition

The Approach
We partnered with ieso’s marketing and product teams to modernise and streamline their digital presence from the ground up:
1. Technical Audit & Refactor
We conducted a full site audit, reviewing page structure, CMS schema, and load performance. Legacy code and redundant classes were removed for a cleaner, modular setup.
2. SEO & Accessibility Optimization
We restructured metadata, headings, and image alt tags—resulting in a 27% SEO performance increase.
3. Component System Overhaul
A new component-based system was introduced in Webflow, enabling faster page creation and consistent brand styling.
4. Scalable Foundation for Growth
Built flexible page templates and workflows that will support the Mindbler brand integration and future rebranding.




I assisted in reorganising and optimising Ieso’s CMS collections so their internal team could update pages quickly and consistently—without getting stuck in messy backend structures, as many of their pages required content-based display logic depending on what needed to be displayed. The goal was to remove friction, and now they can manage dynamic content far more easily as the site continues to grow.
