The Challenge
Fatsoma was expanding beyond ticketing into B2B, launching AI marketing and order & pay services. Their existing site was a brochure built for one business, not a platform that could sell three, or evolve quickly as the business grew. With a limited budget, the obvious route was a few new static pages. We suggested something different: build the system behind the pages instead, so every future page could be created without developer dependency. The challenge was to build a system that could:
- Deliver genuinely custom, high-impact design and interaction, not template-level Webflow
- Hide the code complexity completely, so the marketing team builds without touching code
- Give Fatsoma the capability to create unlimited future pages from the same system
- Do it within a limited budget, without compromising on quality

The Approach
We worked with Fatsoma's team to design a system, not a set of pages, one built to support B2B growth beyond the initial two-page brief.
1. Component Strategy
Audited the Figma designs to identify a library of reusable, code-supported components, each built to stretch Webflow beyond its native capability.
2. Design System Setup
Built the system on BLOCKS, establishing the design tokens, variables, and structure the team could build on independently.
3. Webflow Development
Custom-coded components, WebGL animations, and GSAP-powered interactions, all packaged so the marketing team can use them without ever touching code.
4. Quality Assurance
Cross-device testing and refinement, ensuring every component performs consistently before handover.
5. Handover & Training
Documented the system and trained the team to build, edit, and extend pages themselves, no developer required.
